 if you want to cancel the order, please to E-MAIL us within 24 hours after the order has made.
We do not accept the cancellation after 24hours. Sorry for the inconvenient.

Shipping & Returns
Please note that GSHOP does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- A product that has been configured to your specifications
- A product that does not work with a custom theme
- Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first.

 We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice.

If your return is not due to GSHOP's error, we will deduct shipping and handling costs from your refund. Please refer to Shipping & Returns for more information.

All products are purchase direct from Australia, therefore before you make a order from us, you must first think the warrantee,  some products have no warrantee when product ship to oversea.
