Solutons: 1. take out the memory card. 2. connect the memory card to computer. 3. finding any *.sav file which is 0 size. 4. How to backup the Information. 4.1 Put the memory card into the USB reader 4.2 Connect the USB into the Computer. 4.3 Open Folder to View file 4.4 Create a new folder in your computer 
4.5 Copy All the files in your memory card and paste to your folder. 5. Format the memory card. - go to "My Computer"
