Shipping
Ordering an item from GIGA? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All goods are shipped on the next business day after receiving your order and confirmed your payment. If an item is currently out of stock, or If there is a shipping delay for any reason whatsoever, you will be notified by email.

Estimated Delivery Times
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from GSHOP depend upon the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. All goods are sent by Standard Mail via Australia Post.

Postal Charges
We endeavour to dispatch orders within one working day of receiving the order, subject to stock availability. If for any reason there is a delay with the expected delivery time, we will contact you to explain the situation. All deliveries are sent via Australia Post, unless the customer specifies a preferred method.

Standard Shipping
Postage within the Melbourne metropolitan area is $6.60 for parcels under 500g and $10 for parcels and packages over 500g.
The cost of Shipping and Handling to other states and regional area varies depending on weight and destination. Delivery can take up to between 5-8 working days.

Express Post
Express Post ensures that orders within Australia are received overnight.

The Australian international air economy shipping charge as follows:
0-250 gram: 6.5 Australian dollars
250-500 gram: 9.5 Australian dollars
500-750 gram: 12.5 Australian dollars
750-1000 gram: 16 Australian dollars
1~1.25 kg: 19 Australian dollars
1.25~1. 5 kg: 22.5 Australian dollars
1.5~1.75 kg: 26 Australian dollars
1.75~2 kg: 29.5 Australian dollars
every time increases 250 grams, must add 3 Australian dollars, every time increases 500 grams, must add 6 Australian dollars...

We reserve the right to charge extra handling cost for some heavy goods.

Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our products, please E-MAIL us at kennychlorine@hotmail.com to lodge a Refund or Return request within 7 days of the receipt of the product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Notice.
If the item is returned in the original box, we will exchange it for you or offer a refund based on your original method of payment.
The product must be returned to us with a copy of the Return Authorisation Notice. All products must be packed in the original and everything shipped with the product.

Please note that GSHOP does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- A product that has been configured to your specifications
- A product that does not work with a custom theme
- Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first. *** We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice.

If your return is not due to GSHOP's error, we will deduct shipping and handling costs from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: GSHOP recommends that you:
Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
Either insure your package for safe return to GSHOP or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.
Carrier charges for returning product are the responsibility of the purchaser.
GSHOP reserves the right to test any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, GSHOP may impose a handling fee of up to $500.00.

All items to be returned must be returned unopened (still in their plastic wrap) and in good condition to: (Returen Authorisation required)
